Trusting God in Hard Times

Faced with extraordinarily challenging times, Elijah turned his heart to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He recognized the reality that we can hear expressed in the old gospel song, "In times Like These, We Need a Savior." And he found that his God—the one true God and not the false gods of his age—was sufficient for the times in which he lived and struggled.

Now you can walk with Elijah on his faith journey. You can see him do right and do wrong. Read how he acted wisely and acted foolishly. Examine his great faith and great despair, and in it all, see that God never left him.
